My family loves BLT sandwiches. Here's a version that uses
chicken.

2 teaspoons
|
|
vegetable oil
|
|
|

|
skinless boneless chicken breast
halves (about 1 pound)
|

|
1/4 cup
|
|
bacon-and-tomato or Thousand
Island salad dressing
|

whole wheat sandwich buns,
split
|
|

slices tomato
|

slices bacon, cooked

lettuce leaves

Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken in oil 15 to 20 minutes, turing once, until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of
thickest pieces are cut.

Spread dressing on cut sides of buns. Layer chicken,
tomato, bacon and lettuce on bottoms of buns. Top with tops of buns.
