Grilled Chicken with Linguine and Pesto   

 

The toasted walnuts perfectly accent the grilled chicken and pesto in this quick and easy recipe. Serve with a prepackaged green salad and warm garlic bread.

(9-oz.) package Buitoni® refrigerated Linguine, cooked according to package directions

 

1 lb 

 

grilled chicken, diced

 

3 Tbs 

 

olive oil

clove garlic, finely chopped

(7-oz.) package Buitoni® Refrigerated Pesto with Basil

 

1/2 cup 

 

chopped walnuts, toasted

 

1/4 cup 

 

grated Parmesan cheese

 

 

 

 

Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic; cook for 1 minute. Add chicken, pesto, linguine and half the walnuts. Cook until mixture is heated through. Top with remaining walnuts and Parmesan cheese.
