Hot Chicken-Cheese Bake

This dish doesn't have any vegetables in it so you will
need to serve with a side salad or hot vegetable. Could also be used as a brunch dish.

1 cup

Parmesan cheese

chicken, cooked, deboned and
sliced

slices American cheese

2- 1/2 cups

milk

In a large 9x13-inch pan, sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese on
bottom. Lay out slices of bread, buttering the side facing you. Lay cooked chicken pieces on the bread. Top
with slices of cheese. Cover with six slices of bread, buttering the side not facing you. In a bowl beat
together eggs and milk and pour over sandwiches. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover and keep in the
refrigerator overnight.

Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350. (Take out of
refrigerator 1 hour before baking).
