Easy but tasty family favorite

ground beef
|

salt
|

pepper
|

1/2 tsp

garlic powder (optional)

|

head lettuce, cut up
|

1/2 to 3/4
|
|
bag corn chips, crushed
|

can refried beans, heated
|
|
|
1 cup
|
|
Cheddar cheese, grated
|
|
|

sliced tomatoes
|
|
|
|
|
Ripe olives (optional)
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Brown hamburger, drain. Stir in salt, pepper and
garlic. Layer in a large container as follows: Lettuce, corn chips, beans, meat, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes,
and olives. Serve with green chilies or taco salsa.
