Tuna-Vegetable Salad   

 

Want a cold salad, but don't want to wait for it to chill after you put it together? If so, rinse the tortellini and vegetables in cold water to thaw, and store the can of tuna and bottle of dressing in the refrigerator until ready to make the salad.

can (12 ounces) tuna, drained

package (14 ounces) frozen pre-cooked salad tortellini, rinsed and drained

 

1

 

package (16 ounces) frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots, thawed

 

1/2 cup 

 

creamy Parmesan or cucumber dressing

 

 

 

 

Toss all ingredients.
