You could also put chow mein noodles on plate and spoon Yum-Yum over them. You could also add 1-16 ounce bag of frozen peas to soup mixture before turning into a greased casserole dish to make Yum-Yum One-dish meal.

medium onion, chopped

can cream of mushroom soup

can cream of chicken soup

 

1/2 cup 

 

uncooked rice

 

1 cup 

 

celery

 

1- 1/2 - 2

 

cups water

 

4 Tbs 

 

soy sauce

 

 

 

Chow mein noodles

 

 

 

 

Brown ground beef and onions. Add soup to meat mixture. Meanwhile, combine rice, celery, water and soy sauce. Add to soup and meat mixture; stir and turn into a greased casserole dish and bake at 350° for 1 hour. During the last 20 minutes add a generous topping of chow mein noodles.
